VEGA: an open source software collecting QSARs
QSAR = Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship
The assumption that biological, environmental and physico-chemical properties of substances are related to their structures allows to develop QSAR models.
VEGA is an open source software collecting about 80 QSAR models developed over the years.
In VEGA, you can find QSARs related to Human Toxicology, Environmental Fate and Distribution, Ecotoxicology, Physico-chemical Properties, PBPK-ADME for Ecological Receptors and PBPK-ADME for Humans.
Data gap filling for regulatory purposes is one of the uses of these models. For research purposes, develop your own model with other tools also available on the VEGA hub.
Models related to endocrine disruption are already available to the and also will models developed in OBERON.
